7. Cookies and Analytics

• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits, pages, where visitors came from, their country and page speed. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and doesn't follow you to other sites. We don't use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers.
• Cookies the site needs keep you logged in and let the assistant remember your conversation for up to 24 hours. They're only used for those features.

You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Website Hosting Data

For websites we host and maintain, we implement appropriate safeguards:

• Secure server infrastructure with regular backups
• Client data isolation and access controls
• SSL certificates for all hosted websites
• Regular security updates and monitoring

12. The Concierge (Site Chat)

The chat on this website is a live demo of the AI concierges we build. This is exactly what happens to what you type into it:

• Replies: each message you send goes to Inception Labs, whose Mercury model writes the concierge's reply. If Mercury is unavailable, a model on Cloudflare Workers AI writes it instead.
• Search: each message is also processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to find the relevant parts of our knowledge base.
• Conversation history: kept on our Cloudflare account for 24 hours so the concierge can follow the conversation, then deleted automatically. Your last 20 messages are also kept in your own browser for the same 24 hours so the chat survives a page reload; clearing your browser's site data removes them sooner.
• Rate limiting: your IP address is used to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time, and is held for 10 minutes for that purpose only.
• Trying it as your business: if you ask for a preview built from your website, we read up to four public pages of the address you give us (and respect its robots.txt), send their text to Inception Labs to summarise, and keep that summary for 24 hours so the preview can answer questions. What you type in a preview goes to Inception Labs like any other message; it is never stored as a lead and never sent to the business.
• Counting conversions: we keep daily totals, per page, of how many chats are opened, started, reach an estimate and end with someone leaving their details, and how many previews are built. They are counts only — nothing in them identifies you or your conversation. To avoid counting the same visitor twice, the chat being opened uses the same 10-minute rate-limiting key as above.
• If you give us your details: when you share your name, email and what you're looking for (and your company, if you mention it), we store them with a reference number and create a pending account in your name. We email an introduction to you and our team that includes the recent conversation, post a summary with your contact details to our team's Discord, and use Mercury to write that summary. These records are not deleted automatically — you can ask us to delete them at any time (see Your Rights).
• Please don't share sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers. The concierge is instructed never to ask for them.

Concierges we build for clients work differently: each client chooses where its model runs, and every deployment option we offer keeps conversations inside the client's own infrastructure.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
