We built the chatbot's opposite.
Catalyst Analytics is a small Dallas–Fort Worth studio with one product: a private AI concierge that treats your customers the way you would — and treats their data like it's yours, because it is.
The short version
Everywhere we looked, businesses were bolting chatbots onto their sites — and everyone hated them. Customers got trapped in loops, repeated themselves, couldn't reach a human. Owners paid rent forever for a widget that deflected instead of helped, while every conversation got shipped off to somebody else's cloud.
So we built the opposite. A concierge: custom-trained on one business, answering only from that business's content, taking real actions — capturing leads, guiding, booking — and handing off to a human the moment it should. Running on infrastructure the client controls, so the conversations never leave the building.
We hand-code, we run our own infrastructure, and we're obsessive about speed and privacy. No templates in our design, no third-party AI middlemen in our stack, no per-seat pricing games in our contracts.
